I am going to be talking about how languages has the benefit of many complementary facets: grammar, communication, usefulness, linguistics, culture, memorisation, self expression, risk taking, accuracy... All in half an hour.
I will be showing examples from the classroom and of pupils work. But it may leave you with questions about exactly how we get Y9 working on spontaneous extended answers in speaking and writing.
